The products and prices we offer are valid for as long as they are visible on the Website, other than for special offers. The Customer is urged to check the availability of items on the information page for each product. If an item is ordered that is found to be unavailable, puntroma.eg reserves the right to cancel the order, provided it gives the Customer notice.

If one of the products ordered is unavailable, puntroma.eg will tell the Customer that the unavailable item cannot be shipped. The rest of the order will be processed and shipped to the Customer, subject to their confirmation, within the time stated in the email giving order tracking information.

The material posted by puntroma.eg on the Website consists of offers to purchase the products presented on the Website (the “Offer”). The product order you submit to puntroma.eg through the Website is your order (the “Order”). puntroma.eg reserves the right to reject, correct, cancel or terminate any Offer or Order, in part or in full, for any reason and without notice, and/or to limit the quantity that may be bought of any item presented in an Offer or Order.

It may be necessary, at any time, for puntroma.eg to verify personal information or information about credit or payment cards with your card issuer or our payment solution provider before accepting any Order. Once payment for an Order has been verified, you will receive an email confirming the transaction.

To place an Order, you follow these steps:

1. The Customer creates an account, or continues as a guest, on the Website and identifies themselves.
2. The Customer adds products to their basket.
3. The Customer chooses a delivery method.
4. The Customer chooses a payment method.
5. The Customer makes the payment.
6. The Customer then receives an email from puntroma.eg recording the payment.

The order confirmation email is puntroma.eg's acceptance of the Customer's order and so forms the contract of sale between the Parties.

You agree to pay the price, taxes and all charges shown for the transaction. All amounts are in Egyptian pounds (EGP).

puntroma.eg offers a large number of products and, despite our best efforts, some may be incorrectly priced. We normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. Where a product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount. If a product's correct price is higher than the price stated on the site, we will charge you the lower price.

Prices shown on the Website are understood to exclude taxes, shipping charges, the price of certain packaging and the price of other optional services selected by the Customer, which are charged separately. The Customer will be told about these charges on the order summary page before the Order is finally validated.

We usually charge purchases to your credit card before we begin sending your order. If a product is out of stock, we refund your credit card or payment card.

The Customer may pay by credit card, by Visa, Mastercard or American Express payment card, by Apple Pay or by cash on delivery. Cash on delivery is not available for large items. puntroma.eg guarantees the security of card payments by using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption and by having payments processed by “Checkout.com” or any other payment gateway service provider that puntroma.eg appoints.

Where do we deliver?

All our orders can be delivered to all areas of Egypt listed on the Website.

The delivery times shown on the Website are counted from the date the payment is confirmed if you pay by card or Apple Pay, and from the confirmation email if you pay by cash on delivery.

Delivery times may be delayed by local holidays, sales periods, force majeure events, lockdowns, weekends or any other events outside puntroma.eg's control.

If you wish to cancel your order, you can submit a request through the “Contact Us” link as soon as you place your order. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, provided the order is still being prepared and has not been handed over to the courier.

Orders can be cancelled in our system as long as they have not yet shipped (handed over to the courier). Cancellation is done directly in the system, not from the website or app, so please contact our Customer Service department, who will be happy to action your request.

If your order cannot be fulfilled within the scheduled time because an item is out of stock, we will email you to tell you the order is cancelled. If only one item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you to check whether you would like to go ahead with the remaining items.

puntroma.eg will not be liable for failure to perform any of its obligations to you, in whole or in part, or for any damage or losses you may incur, if the failure, damage or losses result from a case of force majeure or a natural disaster.

If a clause or clauses in these terms and conditions are declared invalid or void under any law or regulation, or by a decision of a court or administrative authority, the other clauses will continue to have force and effect.

puntroma.eg will make its best efforts to replace such clauses with a valid clause whose effect is as close as possible to the spirit of these terms and conditions. If a party does not require any clause of these terms and conditions to be enforced, whether permanently or temporarily, this forbearance may not in any case be considered a waiver of the clause.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Egypt. Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be referred exclusively to the Courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
